Q - Where can I download my trial version?

A - The latest versions are available for download at http://www.proworks.com/download_trials.php. Just select the product you wish to evaluate and click the download link. We require only your name and email for our records and do not share your information with anyone else. Trial downloads are absolutely free.

Q - Can I have the trial version emailed to me?

A - If you would like the trial installation emailed to you just send your request to trialsupport@proworks.com. Please specify the product name. The installs are less than 3.5MB or smaller in size depending on the product.

Q - What is the difference between the trial version and the full licensed version?

A - The trial version is fully featured. Trial versions include a trial message when using the software that is not present with the licensed version.

Q - How long is the trial period? Can I get an extension?

A - The trial period is 14 days. Extensions periods can be reset by running the same trial installation. Remember that a support team is dedicated to help you with your evaluation. Click here for special trial user support.

Q - Where was the software installed?

A - By default the control and all of the supporting files were installed into the \Program Files\ProWorks or the \Program Files\ProWorks Corporation directory. There you will find a folder named after the product you are evaluating.

Q - Where are the examples?

A - Flipper Graph ASP examples can be found installed in the \Inetpub\wwwroot\FlpGrfASP\examples folder. A convenient gallery has been installed and may be viewed from a browser at [Your Web server]/FlpGrfASP/Gallery.htm.

Flipper Graph Control examples are installed in the C:\Program Files\ProWorks\Flipper Graph Control\Examples folder.

Flipper CAD Control examples are available in the C:\Program Files\ProWorks\Flipper CAD Control\Samples.

Q - Where is the documentation?

A - A complete manual can be found in the \Program Files\ProWorks or the \Program Files\ProWorks Corporation directory . There you will find a folder named after the product you are evaluating. The manual is a compiled HTML file (.CHM) and is fully searchable and indexed. It includes a tutorial to help you get started quickly. A PDF copy of the manual is available with the licensed installation only.

Q - Where can I ask questions and get help?

A - ProWorks provides a free technical support staff dedicated to helping our trial users evaluate the product. Live assistance is available by email and by phone.
