ProWorks Chart for Windows

License Agreement
This legal document is an agreement between you, the ProWorks Chart for Windows licensee, and ProWorks Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement").
ProWorks Corporation is not "selling" its software. Instead, ProWorks Corporation is granting the right to use its software through the license agreement. ProWorks Corporation retains all ownership of its software including all copies of its software.
Definitions
Software: This is the collection of ProWorks Corporation software files contained in this ProWorks Chart for Windows software package.
DLL: This is a .NET custom control, named ProWorksChartWindows.dll which is executed through Visual Studio .NET.
License
ProWorks Corporation grants you, and you hereby accept a non-exclusive license to use the Software on a single computer at a single location. You may install the Software on a file server provided that you ensure that no one other than yourself will be able to use the software. If more than one individual uses the Software, a license must be purchased for each individual.
Distribution
You may distribute the ProWorksChartWindows.dll with your application (including your program as source code) as long as there is no documentation that shows the end user how to use the functions within the ProWorksChartWindows.dll (including documentation of ProWorks Chart for Windows functions in your source code). You cannot distribute any example files or the help system with your application. We at ProWorks believe this is a very generous licensing agreement and expect that if an end user wishes to use the functions within the ProWorksChartWindows.dll, that you will encourage them to purchase their own Software according to the licensing agreement.
Transfer Restrictions
The Software is licensed to you, and may not be transferred to anyone without the prior written consent of ProWorks Corporation. Any authorized transferee of the Software shall be bound by the terms of this agreement. Regardless, you may not transfer, assign, rent, sell or otherwise dispose of the Software except as expressly provided herein.
Disclaimer
The Software is provided "as is" without any kind of warranty. It is your responsibility to determine whether the Software is suitable for your purpose
Use of System Data
You agree that ProWorks Corporation may collect and use technical information gathered in any manner as part of the product support services provided to you, if any, related to the software. ProWorks Corporation may use this information solely to improve our products or to provide customized services or technologies to you.
