License Agreement


 

This legal document is an agreement between you, the Flipper Graph Control LICENSEE, and ProWorks LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement")

 

ProWorks is not "selling" it's software. Instead, ProWorks is granting the right to use it's software through the license agreement. ProWorks retains all ownership of its software including all copies of it's software.

 

Definitions

 

Software: This is the collection of ProWorks computer programs contained in this Flipper Graph Control software package. OCX: This is an OLE custom control, named FLPGRF.OCX, which is executed through Visual Basic, FoxPro, Visual C++, Access32, Delphi, and other containers that can use OLE2 custom controls.

 

License

 

ProWorks grants you, and you hereby accept, a non-exclusive license to use the Software on a single computer at a single location.

 

You may install the Software on a file server provided that you ensure that no one other than yourself will be able to use the software. If more that one individual uses the Software, a license must be purchased for each individual.

 

Distribution

 

You may distribute the FLPGRF.OCX with your application (including your program as source code) as long as there is no documentation that shows the end user how to use the functions within the FLPGRF.OCX (including documentation of Flipper Graph Control functions in your source code). You cannot distribute any example files or the help system, FLPGRF.HLP, with your application. We at ProWorks believe this is a very generous licensing agreement and expect that if an end user wishes to use the functions within theFlpGrf.OCX, that you will encourage them to purchase their own Software according to the licensing agreement.

 

Transfer Restrictions

 

The Software is licensed to you, and may not be transferred to anyone without the prior written consent of ProWorks. Any authorized transferee of the Software shall be bound by the terms of this agreement. Regardless, you may not transfer, assign, rent, sell or otherwise dispose of the Software except as expressly provided herein.

 

Disclaimer

 

The Software is provided "as is" without any kind of warranty. It is your responsibility to determine whether the Software is suitable for your purpose.
